You can quickly browse AutoAdverts website by clicking on the "New Cars" & "Used Cars" search tables that appear just below the header table on the home page. If you have an idea of the vehicle you wish to search for just click on the make and model tab of your choice. AutoAdverts will display search results in tabled groups of 10, 20, and 50,100 per page.
You can search for AutoAdverts by category at any time by clicking on any category tab on the navigation bar. This will take you to the requested category page, where all of the AutoAdverts makes are listed. The makes highlighted in blue bold font, with numbers listed next to each make indicates the number of AutoAdverts that are currently contained within that make. Choose a make by clicking on it.
To search for an AutoAdverts listing ID number that you know, you can use the search form that appears just underneath the categories tabs navigation bar on each page. Enter the listing ID number that you want to search on in the ID input field. Then click on the Search! button. The AutoAdverts (if any) that matched your search criteria will be displayed in table format on the following page.
The Advanced Search form allows you to conduct an advanced search. You will find the Advanced search in Quick links table on the left hand side of the webpage. Once you have selected Advanced Search you can also specify the following; Price range, Year between, Category, Vehicle Make; Vehicle Model; Vehicle Derivative; Mileage; List by Dealer or Private; Listing age and by Region.
You can view the featured AutoAdverts from any page of AutoAdverts. Featured AutoAdverts area is located in the left column. This area will list all of the featured AutoAdverts on our site.

To post an AutoAdvert, please click on the "List now" link in the Quick links table on the left hand side of the webpage. You will be prompted to logon. Once you have logged on to the website using your username and password. Click on "Add AutoAdvert" button to Post an AutoAdvert listing. You will then see the AutoAdvert posting form. You may begin to submit your AutoAdvert listing. Required fields are indicated by a *. Enter the relevant information for your new AutoAdvert and click on the submit button.
To modify your AutoAdvert, if you want to make changes, click on “Manage listings “in the quick links column on the left hand side of the webpage. Click on your listing select "Edit" button and proceed update the listing with your changes. You may edit and change your AutoAdvert listing as many times as you wish. When you are satisfied with the changes click on the on the "Submit" button.
To delete your AutoAdvert, if you want to delete your listing, click on “Manage listings “in the quick links column on the left hand side of the webpage. Click on your listing select "Delete" button and proceed delete the listing.
To access many of the features of this website, you need to be a registered user. Registration is required in order to ensure that you, and only you, are able to edit the AutoAdverts that you have posted. If you haven't already registered, you can register at any time by clicking on the Register link in the blue navigation bar (once you have registered and logged in, you can use the "Edit Profile" link to update your registration details). Otherwise, when you perform an activity that requires registration, such as "List Now" posting a new AutoAdvert, you will see a logon form.
If you haven't already registered, click on the "Register" link. On the registration page, please enter the relevant information into the form fields. Required fields are denoted by *. Fields that are not denoted by a * are optional, although filling them in will make it more convenient for you when you post AutoAdverts in the future, as this information will be automatically filled into the AutoAdvert posting form for you. Once you have entered your information, click on the Submit Information button. If you have entered the information correctly, you will be logged in immediately and redirected to the Add AutoAdvert page. Once you have done so, you will be able to post a new AutoAdvert immediately.
Please make a note of the username and password that you select, as you will need these anytime you come back in the future. If you ever forget your password, you can click on the appropriate link on the logon form. The website will allow you to attempt to retrieve your password by entering your username.
Once you have registered, you can update your user profile at any time. If you are logged out you will need to log in. Once you have logged in using your username and password, click on the “Edit Profile" link in the quick links table. You will see your Update Your Profile page. You will then see a form that contains the various user registration fields. Your current information will be automatically filled in. You cannot change your username and registration type at this point, but you can change your password and other registration information. Make your desired changes, and then click on the Update button. Once the website has successfully updated your profile, you will see a popup window that says “Profile has been updated successfully " and be redirected to Manage listings.
Please make a note of the password that you selected, as you will need it anytime you come back in the future to access certain features of this website. If you ever forget your password, you can click on the appropriate link on the logon form. The website will allow you to attempt to retrieve your password by entering your username.
You can view all of the AutoAdverts that you have currently posted on the website by logging in and then clicking on the "Manage Listings" link in the quick links table.
If you are already logged onto the AutoAdverts, you can logoff by selecting "Logout" in the quick links table or on the top blue navigation bar (which you can reach at any time).
You can sign up for our newsletter from the front page of the AutoAdverts. Go to the front page by clicking on the "Home" link in the tabs bar at the top of the page. On the front page, look for the Newsletter area along the right column. Enter your e-mail address in the input field and then click the "Signup" button to sign up for our newsletter. Should you no longer wish to receive our newsletters just input your email address into the newsletter box and click the "Unregister" button. Your email address will be removed from our newsletter email listings.
Any AutoAdverts that have more than one image are viewed in an image slideshow in the listing details. You will see a mini-slideshow in the AutoAdverts listing details. Each image will gradually slide in and replace the former image. If you click on any of these images you will then see a popup window that contains all of the images that have been included with that AutoAdvert. Similarly clicking or hovering your mouse over any of the images above will allow you to display the full size version of that image.
The slideshow window includes a number of controls. Click on the "Play" button to begin the slideshow. Once it has begun, the "Play" button becomes the "Pause" button. Click on the "Pause" button at any time to pause the slideshow. You can click on the arrow buttons to the left and right of the Play/Pause button to manually go through each image one at a time or to jump to the beginning or the end of the slideshow.
You can send any AutoAdvert of your choice to a friend by clicking on the "E-mail This AutoAdvert to a Friend" button on the top right hand side of the listing details for that AutoAdvert. You will then see a short form that asks you for your e-mail address, your friend's e-mail address, a short subject, and the message that you want to send to your friend. Once you have entered this information, click on the submit button. The AutoAdvert will be sent by e-mail to your friend, along with the message that you entered on this form.
If you feel that a particular AutoAdvert is in violation of the system policies of this site, you can notify the AutoAdverts by clicking on the "Alert Admin" button contained within the listing details of the AutoAdvert. A notification block will appear and the reported AutoAdverts details will be forwarded to AutoAdverts administration for evaluation.
You can print off any AutoAdvert of your choice by clicking on the "Print AutoAdvert" button on the top left hand side of the listing details. In most cases, your web browser's print dialog box will pop up, at which point you can click on a button such as "OK" to print the AutoAdvert.
You can find most AutoAdverts of your choice by clicking on the "Map" button located on the top of the AutoAdverts listing details. In most cases, your web browser will open another window in Map Quest; at this point you can browse your AutoAdverts location through out South Africa.
To search for dealer in your location, click on the “Dealer Search” link that appears at the top navigation bar on each page. Once you have selected Dealer Search you will be redirected to Find a Dealer table. Select a province from the drop down table and click on the “Search” button. A list of dealers will be displayed in table format. Click on any dealer you wish to view. You will be able to view the following dealer details; contact name, address, location, telephone, email, web address (if any) and any AutoAdverts listed.
